Shipping and Returns
Packages are shipped UPS or USPS
Ground shipping is 1-4 business days
Orders are processed within 1 business days and then shipped with the shipping method chosen by the customer. In the event that we receive a large order volume packages may be delayed. In this scenario all customers will be notified of updated shipping information. If after 7 business days from your purchase you have not received your order, please contact us directly.
Refunds are reviewed case by case to determine eligibility.
In the event that your product is damaged or order is incorrect, please reach out to customer service within 3 days of receiving shipment at support@calmherbals.com. Damaged product or missing products will be refunded or replaced free of charge.
In the event that our products cause any visible verifiable allergic reaction we will refund the customer the cost of the items minus shipping.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once an item is shipped and it has been delivered we are no longer liable.
If a customer refuses to accept delivery and the product is returned, customer is subject to a $10 restocking fee. Shipping Charges are not refundable.
